The Bordeaux Varietals of the Happy Canyon AVA presented by Paradise Springs Winery

Recently back from Bordeaux, our resident Sommelier, Stephen Goularte, presents varietals of Bordeaux we produce and offer at Paradise Springs Winery. Take a deep dive into soils, climate, terrior and other expressions that uniquly define each region. Several wines form Happy Canyon will be presented and some Bordeaux suprises may pop up. Cheese and snacks will also be hosted during this unique presentation.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
