Paradise Springs Olive Oil is a “Finishing Oil” produced from organically grown and farmed Manzanillo Olive Trees in the Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara County, California.  Hand picked and milled in conjunction with Figueroa Farms, our oil is high in anti-oxidants with a bold taste and peppery finish. Best used drizzled over a final dish, for dipping, and tossed with greens in a salad.
